Rochelle, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Columbus, Georgia. She has the pleasure of working in private practice with a broad spectrum of clients. She uses an integrative therapy approach, combining person-centered, attachment, and existential-based therapy techniques.

She provides a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming atmosphere.  Her approach to the often-painful experiences life brings us is that we must “make meaning,” find a purpose, and connect with others as part of our coping and healing process. Therapy can be a very helpful conduit of personal growth and working through personal challenges. She deeply appreciates working with people toward establishing or regaining a sense of security and stability, personal growth, strength, confidence, and an overall more satisfying life.

Rochelle’s specialties include individual, couples, and family therapy with adolescents and adults, adjustment disorders, anxiety, and depressive disorders, grief and loss, personality disorders, trauma, and PTSD. Also, Rochelle has many years of experience and training as a Christian Counselor. She blends Christian principles with clinically proven counseling techniques to maximize outcomes for clients. Rochelle graduated from Capella University and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision (CES).
